Yes! Male and female dogs can safely play together in our sessions. Every session is strictly capped at just 6 dogs and supervised by 2 certified trainers (a 2:6 ratio) to ensure balanced energy, individual attention, and harmonious play. For safety and calmness, female dogs in active heat are excluded.
Commercial dog parks allow dozens of unmonitored dogs to run wild. At JOJO, our strict 2:6 ratio means 2 certified trainers are on the turf with at most 6 dogs at all times. This ensures active supervision, individual attention, and an unhurried atmosphere.
Yes! You're welcome to relax in our viewing lounge with complimentary coffee and tea while your dog enjoys 60 full minutes of sensory enrichment. Our team shares an honest recap at pick-up of what your pup explored and enjoyed.
Every pup needs an up-to-date record covering Rabies and DHPPiL (7-in-1 combo). You can upload a photo during booking or show your booklet at check-in. Dogs showing symptoms of illness or females currently in heat cannot attend.
