We process personal and canine data exclusively for legitimate and necessary operational safety purposes:

1. Cohort Balancing & Safety: Biological sex and health data help trainers balance group temperament and enforce reproductive safety exclusions (such as active heat cycle protocols).
2. Clinical Veterinary Triage: Health attestations and age details enable our on-site veterinary advisor to conduct the mandatory 15-minute gate triage before field entry.
3. Emergency Intervention: Contact numbers are utilized if immediate parent communication is required during an on-field medical or behavioral event.
4. Session Transparency: Brief handler summary notes and session photographs taken for the owner's personal update.

4. On-Site Media & Visual Content

During your dog's 60-minute sensory session, certified trainers may capture candid photographs or short video clips to document engagement with the sensory trails, digging box, and agility elements. These are provided to the pet parent via WhatsApp.

If you do not wish for your dog to appear in educational or promotional materials on our official channels (@jojodogss), you may opt out at gate check-in or by emailing privacy@jojodogs.com.

Our website uses minimal, purpose-driven cookies categorized into:

• Strictly Necessary: Manages real-time slot locking, session state, and security tokens. These cannot be disabled as the booking system cannot operate without them.

Health records and reservation logs are retained for twelve (12) months from your last visit for veterinary continuity, after which they are securely purged upon request.
