Mandatory Participant Agreement: Every pet parent must acknowledge this waiver prior to their dog's first session. This agreement governs all subsequent visits to JOJO Canine Sensory Playground.

1. Assumption of Inherent Canine Play Risks

I, as the lawful owner or authorized custodian of the dog registered for the experience, understand and acknowledge that off-leash canine sensory exercise, ramp exploration, scent trails, digging boxes, and group interactions inherently involve dynamic physical exertion and unpredictable animal behavior.

Although JOJO maintains a strict 2:6 certified trainer-to-dog supervision ratio, enforces balanced temperament cohort screening, and caps attendance at 6 dogs maximum, I expressly assume all natural risks associated with canine physical activity, including but not limited to minor scratches, abrasions, muscle fatigue, unexpected behavioral reactions, or environmental exposure.

2. Emergency Veterinary Care Authorization

Emergency Medical Pre-Authorization

In the event of an acute illness, heat distress, sudden physical trauma, or medical emergency occurring during my dog's attendance at JOJO, I hereby grant the certified trainers and on-site veterinary medical staff of JOJO Playground full authorization to:

Administer immediate on-site clinical first aid, oxygenation, cooling, and stabilization triage.
Attempt immediate communication with me using the telephone numbers provided during reservation.
If I am unreachable or if immediate life-saving medical attention is required, transport my dog to the nearest accredited emergency veterinary hospital or clinic in Nagpur.
Authorize necessary surgical, diagnostic, or pharmaceutical treatments recommended by the attending licensed veterinarian to preserve my pet's life and alleviate acute suffering.

Financial Responsibility: I understand and expressly agree that I am 100% financially responsible for all costs, veterinary fees, medications, and clinical charges incurred in securing emergency medical care for my dog under this authorization.

3. Health, Vaccination & Estrus Warranty

By checking in at the gate, I legally certify that:

My dog is up to date on Anti-Rabies (ARV) and core DHPP/DAPPL vaccinations administered by a qualified veterinary doctor.
My dog is currently protected by active anti-tick and flea prevention and has shown no clinical signs of ticks, fleas, mange, or parasites within the past 14 days.
My dog has not exhibited coughing, sneezing, vomiting, diarrhea, or infectious symptoms in the preceding 14 days.
Female Dogs: I confirm that a female dog registered is not currently in heat (estrus) and has not concluded a heat cycle within the past 21 days.

4. Behavioral Representation & Handling Discretion

I certify that my dog has not previously been declared dangerous or vicious, and has no documented history of unprovoked attacks causing severe bodily injury to humans or other dogs.

I acknowledge that JOJO certified trainers possess complete discretion to isolate, redirect, or gently remove any dog from the main sensory arena to a quiet decompression suite if the dog exhibits signs of acute stress, defensive reactivity, or over-arousal.

5. Media & Visual Content Release

I consent to the capture of photographs and video recordings of my dog engaging in sensory activities during the session. These media assets may be shared with me directly and utilized for educational, instructional, and archival publications on JOJO's official digital channels (@jojodogss).

Opt-Out Notice: If you prefer your dog not appear in public media, inform our gate concierge during the 15-minute intake triage or email privacy@jojodogs.com.

6. Release of Liability & Hold Harmless

To the fullest extent permissible under the laws of Maharashtra and the Republic of India, I agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless JOJO Canine Sensory Playground, its owners, directors, certified trainers, veterinary advisors, and employees from any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of ordinary negligence, natural physical play occurrences, or personal property loss while on facility grounds.
