By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. 1. Leash Policy

   Your dog must remain on a leash at all times, except within clearly designated off-leash areas. Please use a secure, well-fitted leash and harness/collar suitable for your dog.

2. 2. Dog Health & Hygiene

   By booking, you confirm that your dog is free from ticks, fleas, contagious/infectious diseases and any condition that could pose a health risk to other dogs or people.

3. 3. Vaccination & Fitness

   You confirm that your dog is appropriately vaccinated and fit to participate in the activities. Please do not bring your dog if they are unwell or showing symptoms of a potentially contagious condition.

4. 4. Respect Other Dogs

   Please respect every dog’s individual temperament and boundaries. Do not force interactions between dogs. Always ask the owner’s consent before allowing your dog to approach another dog or person.

5. 5. Safe Handling & Control

   Pet parents are responsible for the behaviour and control of their dogs at all times. If a dog displays signs of stress, excessive barking, or aggression, the owner may be asked to step aside or give the dog a break.

6. 6. Children Supervision

   Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Running, shouting, or teasing the dogs is strictly prohibited to ensure a safe environment for all pets.

7. 7. Personal Belongings

   JOJO is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or soiled personal belongings, including leashes, toys, or accessories.

8. 8. Photography & Media

   Photos and videos may be taken during sessions for promotional or social media purposes. If you prefer your dog not to be photographed, please inform a team member upon arrival.

9. 9. Right of Admission

   JOJO reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any pet or pet parent to leave the premises if safety guidelines are not followed, or if a dog poses a safety concern to others.

10. 10. Liability Waiver

    While we take every precaution to create a safe, stimulating, and hygienic environment, participation in activities at JOJO is at your own risk. JOJO, its management, and staff are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to pets, people, or property during your visit.

11. 11. Acceptance of Terms

    By proceeding with this booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the rules and guidelines stated above.
